Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
During peak seasons or sales events, processing may be slightly delayed. We will notify you promptly if significant delays occur.

2. Shipping Time & Costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Standard delivery for clothing orders is approximately 15 business days after dispatch.
Actual delivery time may vary due to carrier schedules, customs procedures, weather disruptions, or local logistics issues.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours after the package is handed to the courier.

4. Address Accuracy Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
JANET TRADE LIMITED COMPANY is not liable for non-delivery, delayed delivery, or returned packages caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

5. Missing or Damaged Goods
Missing packages: Please contact our support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date if your order does not arrive.
Damaged items: If your clothing arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the package and items.
We will investigate and assist with a resolution as soon as possible.

6. International Orders & Customs
For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, or other regulatory fees may apply according to the laws of the destination country.
All such charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
